TARA GAME! SAGOT AGAD, AGAD! HOMEVIEWER GAME PROMO

1. HOW TO JOIN
   
   1. The TARA GAME! SAGOT AGAD AGAD HOMEVIEWER GAME PROMO is open to all interested participants (of legal age, currently residing within the Philippines at the time of registration to the promo) who watched the TARA GAME! AGAD AGAD Game Show airing on Net25 every Sunday on the 7:00PM timeslot within the promo duration (February 27 to May 15, 2022). Participants must wait for the host to ask the two (2) multiple choice type Tara Game! Sagot Agad, Agad Promo Homeviewer Game Questions for the night within the Game Show episode.
      Sample Promo Questions:
      “Ano ang First Name ng Tara Gamer Studio Contestant na unang naka-score ng 10 points sa unang round ng Pasanong?”
      1. Juan
      2. Pedro
      3. Simon
      “Magkano ang maiuuwing cash prize ng nanalong Tara Gamer Studio Contestant sa Out-of-the-Box Jackpot Round?”
      1. P5,000 cash

   2. To join and register to the promo, participants should visit the promo microsite (https://taragamepromo.com) and enter their personal information to qualify. Registration is free of charge.
      1. Complete Name (First and Last name)
      2. Complete Mailing Address
      3. Valid E-mail address
      4. Contact Number (Mobile)
      5. Answers to the two (2) Tara Game Questions of the night
   3. Only participants who have successfully registered and submitted their answers to the promo questions within the cut-off period shall earn a valid entry. Cut-off period for submission of entries is from 7:00PM to 11:59PM every Sunday from February 27 to May 15, 2022.
   4. The participant's successful registration and submission of his/her answers to the promo questions through the promo microsite earns one (1) valid raffle entry. A participant may earn only one (1) entry per cut-off period per registered mobile number.
   5. From all entries submitted within each cut-off period (7:00PM to 11:59PM every Sunday, from February 27 to May 15, 2022, a raffle draw will be held every Monday, from February 28 to May 16, 2022 at 5:00PM where representatives from DTI and Eagle Broadcasting Corporation (Net25) will be present to witness the draw via Zoom.
   6. One (1) winner will be drawn randomly to receive the prize of Php 300 worth of cellphone load. If the first drawn winner sent the correct answers to the Tara Game! Sagot Agad, Agad Homeviewer Game Questions for the night, he/she will also receive the bonus prize of Php 5,000.00 cash. However, if the first drawn winner sent incorrect answers or sent a combination of correct and incorrect answers, he/she will still receive the Php 300 worth of cellphone load and another winner will be drawn from among those who sent the two correct answers to receive the bonus prize of Php 5,000.00 cash.
   7. Prizes in kind are transferable and convertible to cash while cash prizes are non- transferable.
   8. A winner may only win once per cut-off period for the whole promo duration. Non-winning entries per cut-off period are no longer eligible for succeeding draws.
   9. All winners will be notified through electronic mail, registered mail, and a phone call from Eagle Broadcasting Corporation (Net25) representative. The names of winners will be announced on the next episode of the Game Show and on official social media accounts of Net25.
   10. Winners must submit the following when claiming their prizes:
       1. Two (2) valid IDs (Valid government-issued ID with complete real name, picture and correct address (SSS ID, PRC ID, Driver’s License, Passport, Senior Citizen Card, OWWA ID, OFW ID, GSIS e-Card, Philhealth Card, Seaman’s Book, Alien Certification of Registration/Immigrant Certificate of Registration, Firearm’s License, Postal ID, NBI Clearance, Police Clearance) or private-owned issued ID (Company ID, School ID).
       2. *For school IDs, they must reflect that he/she is enrolled for the current school year, semester or term.
       3. Notice sent via registered mail and/or electronic mail.
   11. In the event that the winner cannot claim his/her prize, an authorized representative may claim on his/her behalf, provided that the representative submits the following:
       1. Two (2) valid IDs of the Winner (Valid government-issued ID with complete real name, picture and correct address (SSS ID, PRC ID, Driver’s License, Passport, Senior Citizen Card, OWWA ID, OFW ID, GSIS e-Card, Philhealth Card, Seaman’s Book, Alien Certification of Registration/Immigrant Certificate of Registration, Firearm’s License, Postal ID, NBI Clearance, Police Clearance) or private-owned issued ID (Company ID, School ID).
          *For school IDs, they must reflect that he/she is enrolled for the current school year, semester or term.
       2. One (1) valid ID of the Representative (Valid government-issued ID with complete real name, picture and correct address (SSS ID, PRC ID, Driver’s License, Passport, Senior Citizen Card, OWWA ID, OFW ID, GSIS e-Card, Philhealth Card, Seaman’s Book, Alien Certification of Registration/Immigrant Certificate of Registration, Firearm’s License, Postal ID, NBI Clearance, Police Clearance) or private-owned issued ID (Company ID, School ID).
          *For school IDs, they must reflect that he/she is enrolled for the current school year, semester or term.
       3. Notice sent to the winner via registered mail and/or electronic mail
       4. Letter of authorization signed by the winner and the representative.
   12. Upon verification of identification and registered information, the cellphone load prizes will be sent via electronic mobile credits directly to the winner’s registered mobile number while cash prizes will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s bank account. Prizes shall be awarded only upon completion of entire validation process, resulting in the participant being identified as a legitimate winner. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days from receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Eagle Broadcasting Corporation (Net25) with prior DTI approval.
   13. Employees of Eagle Broadcasting Corporation (Net25) and its subsidiaries, agencies and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
   14. All participants who join are presumed to have read, understood, and agree to abide by its complete rules and regulations.
   
   
2. DATA PRIVACY NOTICE AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
   
   1. Eagle Broadcasting Corporation (the “Sponsor”) shall protect the data that participants provided in compliance with the Data Privacy Law of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations. The Company will not collect, disclose or process personal data, including data that may be classified as personal information and/or sensitive personal information unless the participant voluntarily choose to provide it and give consent thereto, or unless such disclosure is required by applicable laws and regulations. Personal or sensitive personal information is information pertaining to racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political affiliations, education, health or information provided by government agencies which are peculiar to individuals and such other data declared to be sensitive.
   2. By submitting a registration form with the participant’s personal information, he/she confirms that he/she freely and voluntarily give consent to the collection of data, which may include personal information and/or sensitive information (the “Data”) provided by the participant or possessed by the Company for one or more purpose as stated below. The Company shall use the Data for the following purpose:
      1. processing the engagement with the Promotion;
      2. to conduct market research or related and analysis based on anonymized data, report the results to internal and external clients, affiliated or related companies and/or partners of Eagle Broadcasting Corporation
   3. The Sponsor shall keep the Data throughout the term of the engagement between the promo participants and the Sponsor and for such period of time as may be necessary to accomplish the business purposes of the Sponsor. The Sponsor shall take appropriate and commercially reasonable technical and organizational measure to ensure the requisite data security to protect the Data against unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access. The Sponsor shall require its affiliates, subsidiaries and third parties who process the Data to adhere to similar or comparable data protection standards as required by the Data Privacy Law of 2012.
   4. The participant understands that he/she are given certain rights under the Data Privacy Act, including the right to object to processing of his/her data, the right to access his/her data, the right to correct any inaccurate data, and the right to erasure or blocking of data. For more information on these rights, and for requests to review the Data, to withdraw consent to the use of the Data for any of the purpose stated above, and/or to correct or update the Data, participant may contact Atty.
